LED Adjustable Light

This clip on light can be used for your phone or iPad during recording. This will give you the extra lighting you need to look well-lit on camera.

Light Set

This basic light kit will get you started. Choose your lights based on the size of the room you will be recording in.

Through a quick online search you can find various types of lights depending on the space you have. These are basic suggestions - all equipment is not one size fits all. Your Webinar Checklist

    Reliable Internet Connection -  please ensure you have reliable internet connection. we will be streaming video with the webcams so you will need to have good internet connection.

    If possible connect directly into your router with cable.
  • check
    If you are on WIFI - ensure that your kids are NOT playing Online Games, Watching Netflix Etc.

    Please keep Kids and Pets out of the room while recording and make sure you can't hear the noises if they are barking.

    Please make sure you are in a quiet room that is well lit. People need to see your face clearly
  • check
    If you have a webcam - please put the settings to HD - you should be able to find the webcam settings in your webcam application.

    If you can have 2 Displays - this is great - You can dedicate the Display just for your RECORDING. if you do not - that is ok.

    If you are using your IPAD ( or even your webcam)  - please set it up so it is not moving.

    If you need a tripod stand, tripod head for the iPad, webcam or your phone and  we have them available. We also have adjustable table holders if you need it.

    Most important aspect of any recording is AUDIO! You need a reliable, clear, good microphone. We recommend the Yeti Microphones but others can also work. Your Voice needs to come clear through and loud enough for the recordings.  Headsets are fine - just make sure you have it below your mouth so you don't hear your breathing.

    We will do recordings separate then have the webinar play the recording while you are available for answering questions.

    If you do not have enough light - please purchase one and use it. Softboxes are great for softer look and can come in handy if you will be doing videos and webinars.

    Please make sure you turn off ALL notifications on your PC or MAC - google this if you don't know how to do it. This is especially important for the presenters!

    Additional FACEBOOK ADS may be purchased to bring in additional registrations. Let us know if you are interested in doing this. You can define the budget & we charge 20% for putting the ad together, selecting audience, audience tracking etc. So for $100 ad budget it will cost you $120.
